Since COVID-19, a significant part of global production has shifted toward remote shooting. This approach has proven to increase productivity while reducing time and overall costs. However, finding a reliable on-site partner in Japan can be challenging.

Price

Presentation

¥55,000 tax included

Presentation using our in-house reference materials and stock location information.

Chief Coordinator

¥77,000 per day (8 hours, tax included)

Location scouting, research, permit coordination, and shooting preparation.

  • One day is considered as 8 hours; overtime is charged hourly.
  • Depending on the scale of work, additional staff may be required: Coordinator ¥55,000/day, Assistant ¥33,000/day.
  • Weekends and national holidays: +20% surcharge.

Coordination Fee

10% – 15%

Applied to the total cost of the project (information fees + labor + expenses). This fee follows the Advertising Production Rate Standards.

Notes (English)

  • A full day is considered 8 hours. Any additional time beyond 8 hours will be charged on an hourly basis.
  • When multiple staff members are required, an additional fee will be charged: Coordinator ¥55,000/day (tax included) / Assistant ¥33,000/day (tax included).
  • Equipment fees, location fees, vehicle costs, and courtesy gifts must be paid in advance. Additional on-site expenses (highway tolls, overtime fees, etc.) must be settled in cash on the shooting day.
  • In the event of cancellation after the project has been confirmed, the full quoted amount will be charged.

FAQ

Can we receive only the location photos?
A. For security and information protection reasons, we cannot send location photos by email. However, if the shoot is confirmed, we can share them as part of the production process.
Can you provide detailed information about the locations?
A. Depending on the location, some details may not be disclosed. But we will provide all the information that can be shared.
Can you provide reference materials for our orientation?
A. If we can secure your project order, we will provide materials within a reasonable scope for orientation.
Can we receive a coordination estimate quickly?
A. Yes. If you can share the concept, scale, and basic requirements of your project, we can prepare a rough estimate promptly.
Can you work within our budget?
A. We will do our best to accommodate your budget. If any additional costs arise, we will always consult with you beforehand.
